Our policy lasts 7 days after posted Delivery date CT. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. No refunds, exchange for same item or equal value only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags if applicable. Lastly, but most important to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Of course only after contacting us @Regimenworldwide@gmail.com to start the exchange process by checking availability of new item(s) to be shipped back to you, our countlessly appreciated customers.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When receiving an exchange, the cost of return shipping payment will have to be received and processed prior to releasing new item(s).
Depending on where you are Located, the time it may take for your exchanged Item(s) to reach you, may vary. Due to potential shipment receiving time delays we could endure. we appreciate your patience but most importantly your business.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
