COVID-19 Conditions:

While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take a few additional days to receive.  As always thank you in advance for your collective patience during these times.

SHIPMENT

STANDARD SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS - PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS AND 3-5 DAYS TO SHIP.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

SHIPPING ADDRESSES CANNOT BE CHANGED. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED WHEN THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED.

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

ONCE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED, WE CANNOT CANCEL OR MODIFY A SHIPMENT.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

ONCE YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CORRESPONDING TRACKING INFORMATION.
